Program Description

BookaBoost sends SMS messages on behalf of funeral homes, cemetery organizations, and pre-need advisors. These messages may include appointment reminders, outreach about pre-need planning services, follow-up check-ins, and booking confirmations. Messages are sent using A2P 10DLC registered numbers.

Opting In

You may receive an SMS message from a local funeral home or cemetery organization that has engaged BookaBoost to reconnect with families who previously expressed interest in pre-need planning services. Your prior inquiry or interaction with that organization constitutes a recognized business relationship that may allow outreach under applicable law.

Opting Out

You can opt out of all future SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to your number from that organization's campaign.

Getting Help

Reply HELP to any message to receive contact information for the organization that sent the message and for BookaBoost support. You may also contact us directly at support@bookaboost.live.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by campaign and organization configuration, typically ranging from 2–6 messages per outreach sequence. Frequency is always limited and never recurring indefinitely.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. BookaBoost does not charge recipients for SMS messages.

Supported Carriers

Messages are supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and regional carriers. Delivery is not guaranteed on all carriers.

Privacy

Your mobile number is used only to deliver messages from the organization that engaged BookaBoost on your behalf. It is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our full Privacy Policy.
